Unit 9 · Project 2
Practice Webpage
Build a draft portfolio webpage displaying your selected work with titles and descriptions.
Your portfolio needs a home online. Build a practice webpage using Adobe Express or a provided web tool that displays your selected portfolio pieces with titles, mediums, and brief descriptions. This is a draft — it will be reviewed and refined before the final version. Focus on layout, presentation, and how the work is sequenced. Your webpage should feel like a gallery, not a folder of files.
Objectives
- 1Build a practice portfolio webpage using Adobe Express or provided tool
- 2Display minimum 5 portfolio pieces with title, medium, and brief description
- 3Include your name and a short bio
- 4Share the draft link with the teacher for feedback
Materials
- Adobe Express (web page feature) or provided tool
- Your portfolio pieces (digital files)
- Headshot or self-portrait (optional)
Tips
- Consistent image sizes make the layout look more professional
- Less text is usually better — let the work speak
- Order matters: put your strongest piece first
- Test on a phone — many viewers will see your portfolio on mobile
